Starting at a new school with new people and new faces can be overwhelming, but Tradition on Rio is here to help by providing SMART Housing. Through SMART Housing, we can help students who receive need-based financial aid, pay for school via student loans, or work while going through school to pay for living expenses independently.
Frequently Asked Questions About SMART Housing
SMART Housing was created by the city of Austin to aid students who receive need-based financial aid, pay for school through student loans, or work while going through school to pay for living expenses independently. You will need proof from a W2, 1040, a letter from an employer, or three pay stubs.
