To apply for a spot at Tradition on Rio, click the Apply Now tab and complete the application. First-time users will need to create an account, and returning users can log in to finish applications that have been started. On the application page, select the desired floor plan and other pertinent options. Upon signing the housing contract, the application process will be complete, and the apartment will be ready on move-in day! Applicants may also apply in person by visiting our leasing office, located at 1901 Rio Grande St, Austin, TX 78705. Because demand is high, we recommend that prospective residents apply early to make sure spots are available. Tradition on Rio offers furnished 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, and 5-bedroom apartments, each with a variety of floor plan options, to accommodate different lifestyles and living preferences. We offer free roommate-matching services to all of our residents. Transfer students, in particular, find this service convenient for finding roommates. Applicants simply complete the questionnaire about hobbies and lifestyle preferences, and based on those answers, we’ll find suitable roommates for them.
